Proctor Roofing

Proctor Roofing

Our clients internal valley gutters had been allowing water ingress into the production area directly below.  The existing lining and roofing membrane had suffered deterioration and the decision was made to replace the complete system with new seamless gutter lining and roofing system.

Specialist Painting Group secured the order for the replacement roofing membrane and gutter lining.  The entire surface area was prepared using a closed box, high pressure jetting system to the specified standard.  All of the drains were blocked with single micron filter to contain debris from entering the down pipes.

Once the preparation had been completed, inspected and signed off by a third party the installation of a single component polymer system was completed.  The ambient conditions at the time of the installation caused some concern as the steel surface temperature remained close to placing the project out of specification. Environmental conditions were monitored and recorded by the SPG Project Manager, this report was then uploaded to our client as part of our QA/QC procedure.

The roofing membrane and gutter lining system resolved the problem of water ingress for our client.
