PCML contracted SPG to grit blast and install a three layer, two component epoxy coating system to a power floated concrete floor at their new premises in Cambridgeshire.  A contained grit blast was completed to produce an adequate surface profile for the new floor coating system.  After the concrete slab was degreased using the specified degreaser, a quick drying impregnation primer was applied as a tie coat for the subsequent coatings. Two coats of rapid curing, water based epoxy was applied during a 24 hour period.  The nature of this coating system meant that the overall project schedule was reduced enabling us to sign the premises over to the client before the deadline.  This applied coating system also came with a five year product and labour warranty.
